Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

The Work

As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring Locations are Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX or Tampa FL.

Here’s what you need:

• At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• SQL query experience
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300

• Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300

• New York: $66,300 to $196,000
