Join our HR Technology team and help drive the next level of digital HR at Alfa Laval. Working in a mature global Workday environment, you'll have the opportunity to improve how we use Workday every day through innovation, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement - from simplifying processes and introducing automation to exploring new capabilities as the platform continues to evolve.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Workday Analytics modules.
- Deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Lead small to medium Workday enhancements and projects from design to deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement through user-experience focus, automation, digitalization, and AI capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement new Workday features from bi-annual releases.
- Develop Workday reports and dashboards.
- Take part in HCM data governance and improve data quality across the platform.
- Collaborate across other Workday modules like Recruiting, Performance & Talent Compensation, Security, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide expert functional support.
- Create and maintain functional documentation and configuration standards.
- Share Workday expertise and support knowledge development across the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within Workday configuration, both in deployment and support (HCM).
- Experience in working on Workday deployment and optimization projects within global environment and scope.
- Strong understanding of Workday business object model, integrations concepts and ability to collaborate with integration engineers and 3rd party vendor.
Experience in business analysis, configuration, testing, end-user training and data management.
- Knowledge of HR Business Processes and experience within other HRIS systems is nice to have.
- Customer-focused mindset and high level of autonomy.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems.
- Ability to adapt due to business demands, deadlines or priorities change.
- Teamwork and collaboration oriented, with ability to mentor other colleagues.
- Willingness and curiosity for growth and learning while taking part in cross-functional initiatives and cross module team back-ups.
- Experience in agile ways of working would be preferrable.
- Fluent in English.
