About the role

TL;DR

Use hands-on Workday configuration and reporting experience to turn HR needs into practical, scalable solutions. Build reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics, while improving HR processes through automation and Workday capabilities. You’ll partner with HR and business stakeholders on system, process, and data challenges, and assess AI-enabled technology. Five-plus years of HR technology or HRIS experience is preferred.

The Workday HR Technology role translates HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions. This role configures and enhances Workday capabilities, develops reporting and analytics solutions, and improves HR processes through automation and emerging technology. You’ll work across HR and the business to deliver effective Workday solutions, simplify processes, and improve how work gets done.

Accountabilities

Configure and enhance Workday solutions based on HR and business needs.

Develop scalable Workday reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.

Partner with stakeholders to solve complex system, process, and data challenges.

Improve HR processes through simplification, automation, and better use of Workday capabilities.

Evaluate emerging technology, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve how HR operates.

Qualifications and Experience

Hands-on Workday experience required, including configuration and reporting.

5+ years of overall HR technology, HRIS, or related experience, preferred

Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
