HR Technology Analyst III (SuccessFactors)

Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Technology Analyst III to serve as the functional owner of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, compliant and scalable onboarding experience for new hires across the organization. This role supports system configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, process optimization and stakeholder engagement to align onboarding capabilities with business needs.

The HR Technology Analyst III partners with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR IT and Shared Services teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain data integrity and enhance the employee experience while supporting organizational growth and strategic HR initiatives.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary functional owner and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring system stability, performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and business leaders to develop and execute the Onboarding 2.0 roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve onboarding through automation, simplification and industry best practices to enhance the employee experience.
  • Reimagine how artificial intelligence can streamline onboarding, improve the employee experience and reduce costs.
  • Configure and maintain onboarding workflows, business rules, forms and notifications to support evolving business requirements.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, including mergers and acquisitions, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects, collaborating with Application Management Support, IT, SAP and vendors to minimize business disruption.
  • Manage the SuccessFactors release lifecycle by evaluating biannual releases, coordinating testing activities and implementing approved functionality.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and ensure system changes adhere to governance, change management and approval processes while maintaining platform standards.
  • Participate in SuccessFactors and related technology communities to stay current on emerging trends, capabilities and best practices.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a business analyst supporting HR technology systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including workflows, business rules, document templates and process configuration.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business problems and needs into technical processes and solutions, including writing and executing test scripts and performing system testing and validation of enhancements.
  • Experience troubleshooting system issues and managing support tickets using platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities and initiatives.
  • Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and other management controls
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, recruiting, employee lifecycle management and organizational data structures.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management processes and conducting impact assessments for biannual releases.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiar with SQL
  • Additional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, or business administration

Minimum Salary: $75100

Maximum Salary: $142600

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
