Business Operations Specialist (Workday)

CACI has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist. In this customer service-oriented role, the Business Operations Specialist will have a hand in many steps of a candidate’s pre-hire lifecycle. This ranges from assisting with hiring events to processing new hires in Workday. The day can look different each day, depending on business needs, and there is always opportunity for collaboration with other Business Operations teams.

This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for the tracking of career fair candidates and prospects.
  • Process candidates from the offer stage through onboarding in Workday.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Employee Referral Program.
  • Organize, track, and ship CACI swag needs, company-wide.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and traveling for candidates.
  • Work with peers and Leadership to ensure effective handoff of escalated cases.
  • Follow departmental SOPs.
  • Partner with other parts of the business to assist in resolving various issues.
  • Supports HR team by providing ad hoc administrative support.
  • Work collaboratively in a Team and Learning Organization environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Desired:

  • Experience in general HR functions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and/or ServiceNow.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
