About the role

TL;DR

Use hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience to move into an advisory consulting role, supporting implementations, requirements gathering, solution design, and as-is/to-be process work. You’ll help clients improve HR operations and employee journeys, while contributing to proposals, practice initiatives, and your own training and certifications. SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it, is required for government projects; assignments may involve time away from home at short notice.

As a Consultant – HCM Oracle, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients to design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that enhance HR operations and elevate the employee experience. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll bring practical Oracle knowledge alongside a genuine interest in how technology can improve people practices.

You’ll have gained early experience either independently or within project teams, with exposure to areas such as:

  • Supporting Oracle HCM projects in a functional role.

  • Assisting with implementation activities, ensuring readiness from a business and HR perspective.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to solution design.

  • Creating and documenting as-is and to-be processes to help modernise HR and employee journeys.

  • Working closely with colleagues to help embed HR, Oracle and industry best practices.

This role offers a strong foundation to further grow your consulting career while developing both your Oracle expertise and broader HR transformation skills.

Your Profile

We’re looking for people with hands-on Oracle HCM configuration experience who are keen to transition into a role with an advisory focus. While this role is not purely technical, your practical Oracle background will be essential in enabling you to provide effective and credible advisory support to clients.

An ideal candidate will also bring:

  • A genuine passion for HR and employee experience, with an interest in how technology drives better outcomes.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

  • A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to work across different roles, modules and project needs.

  • SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it (required for government projects).
