About the role

TL;DR

Lead business-side Oracle HCM Cloud transformation work across Core HR, Talent and Payroll, advising on solution design, implementation readiness and adoption. Office bases are London, Manchester or Glasgow, with assignments potentially requiring time away from home at short notice; SC clearance or eligibility is required for government projects.

As a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant in Oracle HR Transformation, you will be instrumental in delivering transformative HR solutions for our clients. Leveraging your combined expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and HR business transformation, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and HR policy.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Oracle Cloud transformation programs across diverse industries. You will gain exposure to complex enterprise environments and contribute to projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Advising clients on HR, Oracle and industry best practices and operating models, drawing on your Oracle programme experience to inform decision-making.

  • Leading and coordinating activities in readiness for and during the implementation of Oracle HCM, from a business and HR perspective rather than a purely technical perspective.

  • Working with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and contributing to consensus-building across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Supporting business readiness, change management and user adoption strategies to ensure long-term success and value-add for the client.

  • Mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge to build team capability.

Your Profile

An ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise and a collaborative mindset, with the following capabilities:

  • Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll). This is not a hands-on Oracle role however previous hands-on Oracle experience is important (e.g. in a functional, testing or training development capacity) to enable effective and credible advisory support to clients on solution design and delivery.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking approach.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.

  • Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform-specific implementations.

  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

  • SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects)

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
