CJ Logistics America is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support the overall operation, configuration, and usability of our HRIS platform (Dayforce). Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, this role ensures efficient and effective HRIS operations, data integrity, reporting and analytics, system security, compliance, and integration maintenance. The HRIS Analyst works collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to support ongoing HR business activities, system releases, and strategic HR technology projects within a growing company.

Salary & Benefits: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to offer a base salary of $80,000-$95,000 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

What You'll Do:
System Administration: Maintain and configure the HRIS system (Dayforce) across core modules, including employee records, onboarding, document management, payroll, compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, and timekeeping.
System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely functional and technical support to end-users, manage the HRIS ticket queue, and collaborate with vendor support to resolve system or workflow issues.
Integrations & Release Management: Monitor, test, and troubleshoot automated data feeds and third-party system integrations (e.g., benefits providers, payroll, ATS). Assist with evaluating new features, software releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and change management.
Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and deliver standard, custom, and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, support compliance requirements, and inform strategic business decisions.
Security, Audits & Compliance: Administer HRIS user access and security roles in alignment with company policies and data privacy standards. Execute routine data and security audits to maintain data integrity and support SOX compliance or regulatory audits.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SOPs to support system usability, operations, and cross-functional training.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Field and Center of Excellence teams (Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Employee Relations) and Audit teams to support cyclical HR processes and special projects.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting an enterprise system, preferably an HRIS platform (Dayforce experience preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
HR & Payroll Concepts: Strong understanding of core HR concepts, payroll workflows, and system data structures.
Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail and the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
Autonomy & Task Management: Ability to manage tasks and projects independently from concept through execution while operating effectively within a team.
Integrity & Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with high integrity and discretion.
Communication & Software Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), and HR tech tools.
Office Environment Readiness: Ability to perform in a professional office setting—sitting for prolonged periods at a desk, operating computer/phone equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
