Senior Workday Business Systems Analyst

About the role

TL;DR

This is an on-site role in St. Louis or Cape Girardeau, Missouri, with up to 10% travel. You’ll work with corporate teams to design, implement, and support Workday solutions, plus related systems and integrations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship and should understand business processes in accounting, HR, payroll, supply chain, and energy management.

This position is on-site in St. Louis, Missouri or Cape Girardeau, MO.

Summary:

This role partners with business stakeholders from the corporate departments to develop a deep understanding of their needs and design, implement and support technology solutions that deliver on their business needs. While primarily focused on the Workday ecosystem, responsibilities also extend to other systems and integrations required to support corporate departments.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

  • Ability to evaluate application software and how to best utilize such applications in our Workday Ecosystem.
  • Ability to design work flow processes.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend technical computer science material.
  • Knowledge of how wireless networks, VPN, LAN and WAN environments function.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Understanding of business processes in Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain and Energy Management.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus, but is not required
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
