TL;DR

Implement UKG Pro Core and People Center Pay for mid-market to enterprise customers, covering requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, and go-live support. You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects as a customer-facing functional consultant, using 3–5 years of HRIS or HR administration experience plus payroll and HR knowledge. The role combines home-office and on-site client work, with travel based on client and project needs.

The UKG Pro Sr. Solutions Consultant will be responsible for implementing a quality and optimal solution that adheres to industry best practices while keeping the customer goals top of mind. This role will be responsible for gathering each customer's unique business requirements and completing the functional configuration and delivery of the UKG Pro products (Core / People Center Pay) successfully.

Role Description

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company is seeking an experienced customer-centric Sr. UKG Solutions Consultant for the core products (People Center Pay) to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our UKG Pro project portfolio. Qualified candidates will leverage 3-5 years’ experience implementing HRIS systems for mid to enterprise size customers and will possess extensive knowledge in both payroll processing and Human Resource administration strategy which includes Benefits Management, Performance Management, Orientation/Onboarding Programs, Recognition Programs, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Compliance Support, Compensation Benchmarking, Employment Policies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, and/or Professional Development.

Primary KPI’s for this role will include the ability to meet revenue and utilization targets while delivering projects on time, within agreed upon budget and scope, and with demonstrated high quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the functional consultant/UKG Pro expert to deliver multiple concurrent complex implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects on the UKG Pro core products (includes HR and Payroll)

  • Participate in project planning sessions, attend customer kick-off meetings, and provide subject matter expertise to educate the customer on key components necessary for a successful deployment

  • Host Discovery sessions to gather unique business requirements that will be used to configure the UKG Pro solution

  • Analyze existing system interface requirements, obtain technical specifications to meet integration requirements

  • Keeping the customer goals in mind, design a solution that will promote optimal usage and ROI

  • Recommend best practices and possible re-engineering of business processes to achieve optimal product value

  • Configure the UKG Pro Solution according to customer approved business requirements

  • Collaborate and conduct a full and thorough data analysis and provide input to customers and internal teams on best practices for data conversion and data cleanup

  • Interpret, validate, and participate in converting data from source system(s) to target system including demographic data, taxation, benefits, payroll balances, additional tables, contacts, dependents, beneficiaries, and optional data including job history, status history, check detail history, platform configurable field data, and complex elements (e.g., system setup tables, employee pictures and documents)

  • Provide input on data conversion methodology and process improvements

  • Review and modify customer test plans to ensure all use cases are captured effectively

  • Perform a gap analysis to ensure all requirements can be met and proactively identify any deviations or gaps

  • Conduct user acceptance testing in appropriate environment to pass QA measures prior to granting customer access for testing

  • Conduct product training to ensure customer is self-sufficient and enabled to successfully test and utilize the UKG Pro solution effectively

  • Partner with the customer on effective change management practices and ensure deployment readiness using a combination of production checklists, QA, and training and communication plan

  • Triage and remediate all reported issues while ensuring appropriate priority is assigned

  • Participate in Go/No Go decisions and provide functional support for the project deployment/Go-Live

  • Provide guidance and support as needed during the post go-live support period

  • Execute all tasks with a high level of accuracy and maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction

  • Proactively identify ways to accelerate TTV (time to value) for customers by recommending process efficiencies, product enhancements, and streamlining processes to eliminate redundancies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years consulting or human resource administration experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

  • Configuration, testing & data mapping experience preferred

  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, food services, service & delivery, and/or public sector verticals preferred

  • Strong SQL, knowledge of HCM and Payroll, analysis, consulting, organization, written and verbal communication. Knowledge of any ETL tool is desired.

  • Proficiency with PC tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, TEAMs).

Travel Requirements

Travel will be required depending on client and project needs.

Work Environment

A combination of home office and on-site client work environment.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
