About the role

TL;DR

This contract role leads end-to-end, client-side UKG Pro HCM and Full Suite implementations, including HR and payroll transitions, workflow configuration, reporting, and client training. You’ll manage multiple complex, multi-entity projects and serve as the primary client resource. Candidates need 3–5 years in client-facing implementations, UKG Pro certification, deep payroll and configuration knowledge, and US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.

We are seeking a unique and experienced HCM Consultant Contractor to lead client-side implementation efforts. This individual will be a key contributor to our team, delivering expert consulting services with a focus on UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite Implementations. What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects as the primary client-side resource

  • Manage daily project activities and timelines to ensure successful Human Resources and Payroll transitions

  • Configure system workflows to enhance functionality

  • Maintain a high level of expertise in HCM technologies

  • Develop and deliver custom and templated reports

  • Provide tailored system training to clients

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through superior service

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation role in a vendor or consultancy environment.

  • Certifications in UKG Pro, with deep payroll and configuration knowledge

  • Proven experience with complex, multi-entity implementations

  • Demonstrated leadership of multiple, simultaneous implementation projects

  • Hands-on experience in UKG Pro FULL Suite implementations.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
