Seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Scheduling (WFS) and Healthcare domain. The role involves supporting enterprise-wide HCM implementation, scheduling integrations, and labor optimization within a large healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Workforce Scheduling solutions within Oracle HCM environment.
  • Work across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent.
  • Integrate legacy scheduling systems such as Oracle Health Clairvia, Qgenda, Google Calendar, and others.
  • Support integration with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Kronos/UKG) including bi-directional data flow.
  • Work on enterprise-wide implementation across HCM, Finance (FIN), and Supply Chain (SCM).
  • Support workforce planning, shift scheduling, and labor optimization for healthcare operations.
    Participate in testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities
