About the role

TL;DR

Lead architecture and implementation for Oracle Cloud HCM across Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Self Service, and Recruiting. Work directly with client HR leaders and technical teams, and guide integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud or other tools. You’ll need 15+ years in Oracle HCM, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect, plus experience training teams and managing internal innovation and team activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and requires experience leading the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that align with business requirements. This role requires collaborating closely with clients, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize the HCM processes. The role will also encompass managing internal innovations, team training and team managment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including modules such as Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Self Service and recruiting.

  • Work closely with client business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise applications and external systems, utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools.

  • Provide guidance on best practices for configuring Oracle Cloud HCM to meet business requirements

  • Deliver training to clients and internal teams, ensuring they understand the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and can manage the system post-implementation.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and industry trends, advising clients on new capabilities and opportunities for enhancement.

  • Able to provide input of key organization Innovations and strategy for internal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and 5+ years in the role of Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect withing large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects

  • Deep knowledge of major modules of Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.

  • Effective communication and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasked, high-pressure environment.

  • Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
