As HRMS Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and continuously improving Jotun’s HRMS platform (Workday). This is a hands-on position where you will make use of your expertise in HRMS architecture, configuration, and integration to partner with HR leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that our HRMS ecosystem remains secure, robust and developed in harmony with current and coming business needs.
The position is a part of our Group IT department at our head office in Sandefjord, Norway.
Responsibilities
You will ensure that configurations, security, integrations, data structures and business processes are designed according to best practices and support both current and future business needs.
Translate business requirements into robust HRMS solutions.
Ensure consistency and scalability across Workday modules, business processes, reporting, integrations and security frameworks.
Support the evaluation, design and implementation of new Workday capabilities and releases.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure and scalable integration architecture.
Establish and maintain governance standards for Workday configuration, security, data quality, integrations, testing and release management.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and process improvements.
Stay ahead of emerging HR technology trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
What We Look for
Formal requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, or an HR degree with strong interest in technology. Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
Relevant Workday certifications are an advantage.
Proven experience designing, configuring and supporting Workday solutions, including business processes, security, reporting and integrations.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, test and maintain secure, scalable HRMS solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Commitment to maintaining best practices for system governance, data quality, compliance and security.
A mindset focused on process improvement, innovation, and automation - preferable confident in agile ways of working.
Continuous focus on keeping you up to date on emerging HR technology trends.
Fluent English skills both written and spoken.
You demonstrate an agile mindset and embrace agile ways of working.
