Workday Graduate Development Program - Indy - June 2027 start date

About the role

TL;DR

Start your Workday career in a 12-month, non-rotational graduate program in Indianapolis, with five days a week of in-person collaboration initially. You’ll support clients in Smart Products, data, reporting, integrations, or test services, with structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on projects. A bachelor’s degree completed between January 2025 and June 2027 is required, along with US work authorization without sponsorship and the ability to travel to Canada if required.

All roles involve working with clients to design and deliver Workday solutions, collaborating with teams, and building skills through hands-on experience and training.

SMART Products Consultant

  • Support implementation of Kainos Smart solutions for testing and audit
  • Help clients improve testing and reduce risk through automation
  • Guide customers in using Smart tools to support reliable system changes and stay audit-ready

Data Consultant

  • Support data migration and data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
  • Help ensure data accuracy and readiness for system go-live
  • Foundational Microsoft Excel knowledge is recommended.

Reporting Consultant

  • Build reports and dashboards in Workday to support client decision-making
  • Work with clients to understand reporting needs and provide regular updates
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights

Integrations Consultant

  • Support the design and build of integrations between Workday and other systems
  • Use Workday integration tools alongside technologies such as APIs, XML, and XSLT
  • Competency in at least one programming language (XSL preferred) and general knowledge of programming logic is required.

Test Services Consultant

  • Guide and support customers in adapting best practices on test activities to drive a successful implementation
  • Help customers understand and follow the test methodology to ensure all configuration updates are tested and recorded accurately.
  • Set up and guide customers in using our preferred test tools to track and report test progress and issue management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed between January 2025 and June 2027)
  • Strong communication skills and interest in a client-facing role
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship and ability to travel to Canada if required
  • Willingness to work in our Indianapolis office, with in-person collaboration (5 days per week initially)

  • This will include a required on-site Finalist Day at our Indianapolis location tentatively scheduled for October 26th
