Mission Produce is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our global Human Resources Information Systems environment. This role serves as a key individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) HRIS professional with strong Workday expertise who can operate independently with minimal supervision, partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience. The HRIS Analyst will support Workday Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and additional modules as implemented while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across a global workforce.

This position is fully remote and requires availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Administration & Support

  • Serve as a primary administrator and support resource for Workday HCM and related modules.
  • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical HR system issues.
  • Manage tickets, service requests, and inquiries within established service levels.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Stay current with Workday functionality, industry trends, and HR technology best practices.
  • Contribute to long-term HRIS strategy and roadmap initiatives.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Systems experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting Core HCM and related modules.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, deployments, or major enhancement projects.
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and workforce management processes.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads.
  • Workday certifications or advanced Workday training.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organization.

Salary

$115,696 - $144,620/year
