Must Live in Colorado

The HRIS Administrator supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reporting of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role assists in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of HR data and provides support for system updates, user inquiries, and routine data audits. The HRIS Analyst works closely with HR team members and other internal partners to ensure smooth HRIS operations and continuous process improvement.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems to the project queue as needed
  • Enter, audit, and maintain employee data across HRIS modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Time Tracking
  • Develop, audit and maintain time off plans and payroll deductions & earnings
  • Run and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders
  • Assist in developing queries and reports using Workday reporting tools
  • Support the processing of organizational and employee changes in the system
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and enhancements
  • Help monitor data integrity through audits and regular reviews
  • Maintain and update user documentation and training materials
  • Participate in training sessions and user support activities
  • Support projects involving data uploads and process improvements
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of Dayforce

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or HRIS support role, preferably with exposure to Dayforce
  • Experience with configuring Payroll and Time & Absence preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR technology space

Work Environment:

  • Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of technology
  • Frequent use of computers and other office equipment
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
