About the role
Remote role with up to 10% travel to TireHub’s Dunwoody headquarters and other locations, plus flexible hours for time-system changes and critical system needs. You’ll own UKG Pro and PlanSource administration, HR data integrity, reporting, access controls, upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvements, while supporting payroll and open enrollment. The role suits someone with 4–6 years of HRIS experience and hands-on UKG Pro skills.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst plays a key role in advancing TireHub’s HR Technology ecosystem, responsible for managing, optimizing and maintaining the integrity of core HR systems and data. This role partners closely with the Senior Leader of HRIS and Payroll to deliver reliable, scalable, and data-driven solutions that support TireHub’s people strategy and operational goals.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst supports the administration of HR data and the optimization of core HR systems, including UKG Pro and PlanSource, while also contributing to analytics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.
This role reports to the Sr. Leader of HRIS & Payroll.

Role Specifics:
System Maintenance/Support
Leads oversight of system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting to ensure HR systems are functioning correctly and in alignment with business needs.
Owns ongoing maintenance and operation of HR systems, including end-to-end management of HR Help requests, payroll assistance and open enrollment support.
Serves as the second-level escalation point for managers and end users, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.
Leads troubleshooting activities on software and system problems affecting departmental staff; partners with technical staff to resolve advanced issues requiring cross-functional coordination.
Manages, coordinates, and executes HR system upgrades and implementations, including testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
Leads special projects from inception through completion, including defining requirements, developing documentation, and delivering end-user training in support or organizational change management efforts.
Data Integrity
Owns the accuracy, security, and reliability of HR data company-wide, establishing and enforcing data governance standards through regular system audits and rigorous management of user access controls.
Confirms data accuracy, maintains HR system data integrity, and ensures full compliance with data security and privacy laws and requirements by performing regular data audits, identifying discrepancies, and driving resolution of data integrity issues across the organization.
Owns and maintains HR system rules, workflows, and processes, ensuring they reflect current business needs and remain complaint with applicable requirements.
Develops, maintains, and continuously improves user documentation for HR System, ensuing resources remain current and accessible across the organization.
Reporting and Analytics
Strategically partners with the HR team and business partners to build, modify, and validate reports and dashboards against defined business requirements, ensuring outputs drive actional insights.
Delivers reporting and people data analytics to support data-driven decision making and strategic planning across the HR function.
Leads research and analysis of data discrepancies, identifying root causes, recommending corrective action, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Process Improvement
Proactively identifies opportunities and leads collaboration with stakeholders to assess requirements and drive system enhancements and process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across HR operations.
Leads process-mapping sessions to minimize bottlenecks, duplicate work, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
Implements streamlined workflows for hiring, onboarding, job changes, compensation, benefits, performance, and offboarding.
Replaces manual spreadsheets and repetitive tasks with HRIS workflows, integrations, scheduled reports, and self-service tools.
Establishes HRIS governance standards for configurations, security roles, documentation, testing, and change control.
Monitors and resolves KPIs and dashboards that measure processing time, error rates, adoption, service levels, and business impact.
Team Leadership
Serves as a senior resource and subject matter expert (SME) for HRIS function, providing guidance, direction, and technical expertise to support the team and organizational opportunities.
User Support
Provides senior-level support and training to the HR department and employees across the organization, serving as the go-to resource for effective use of HR systems and tools.
Creates, assigns and audits security access assigned for end users, ensuring access levels are appropriate, consistently maintained, and fully aligned with data privacy and compliance requirements.
Leads training initiatives for system users on new processes, system functionality, and updated workflows in connection with system upgrades, implementations, or process changes.
Training and Compliance
Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
4-6 years of progressive experience in HRIS roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, HR technology systems, or enterprise HR applications required; hands-on experience with UKG strongly preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated technical proficiency in HRIS modules, HR platforms, and information technology systems, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in new systems and tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate and explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to diagnose system and data issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.
Proven project management skills and experience applying structured project management practices to HR technology or IT projects, from requirement gathering through implementation and adoption.
Detailed-oriented approach to ensuring data quality, data integrity, and data security across all HR systems and processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and other members of the Human Resources team to drive business results through HR technology solutions.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in safeguarding sensitive information.
Understands and works with the organization's mission, vision, structure, and goals.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including system configuration, module administration and end-user support.
Experience developing and delivering training materials for HR systems and technology tools.
Experience with workflow documentation and process mapping in support of system implementation or process improvement initiatives.
Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move around. There may be occasional need to move or lift light articles.
Must be able to work flexible hours to support time-system changes and critical system needs as they arise.
This role is a remote position with occasional travel to TireHub’s headquarters in Dunwoody, GA and other locations as needed to support training, meetings, system implementations, or other business needs.
