Dayforce Implementation Consultant

About the role

TL;DR

Work remotely from a North American home office to implement and configure Dayforce, with a focus on Dayforce WFM. You’ll plan projects, document requirements, run user acceptance testing, coordinate deployments, train users, and manage customer relationships. Previous Dayforce and payroll experience are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.

HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with Dayforce experience to join our growing team. As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation of Dayforce software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and analysis

Qualifications

  • Previous Dayforce experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
