  • Conduct discovery and requirements workshops with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams.

  • Translate business requirements into Dayforce functional and technical designs.

  • Configure and support Dayforce Payroll and related HCM functionality.

  • Design and troubleshoot integrations between Dayforce and HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance/GL, banking, tax, and third-party applications.

  • Work with Dayforce integrations, APIs, web services, SFTP, XML/JSON, and flat-file interfaces.

  • Perform employee and payroll data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Execute SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, and parallel payroll testing.

  • Reconcile legacy payroll results against Dayforce payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies.

  • Troubleshoot complex Dayforce configuration, payroll calculation, integration, and data issues.

  • Support cutover planning, production readiness, go-live, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.

  • Develop functional specifications, integration specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and implementation documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Hands-on Dayforce configuration experience.

  • Strong Dayforce integration and interface troubleshooting experience.

  • Experience with payroll data migration, conversion, and reconciliation.

  • Hands-on parallel payroll testing experience.

  • Payroll-to-GL integration knowledge.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across functional configuration, integrations, and source data.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and technical teams.

Ideal Candidate

We need a senior hands-on Dayforce techno-functional consultant, not someone whose experience is limited to payroll processing, production support, or project management.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate ownership across the complete Dayforce implementation lifecycle:

Requirements → Dayforce Design → Configuration → Integrations → Data Conversion → Testing → Parallel Payroll → Reconciliation → Cutover → Go-Live → Hypercare
